Overview

Closed flash point tester, it is used to measure the closed flash point value of petroleum products. Working principle:

Under the conditions specified in the national standard, the sample is put into the test cup, and the test cup containing the test oil is heated. The minimum temperature of the mixture gas formed by the petroleum vapor and the surrounding air is taken as the flash point when it contacts with the flame.

 

According to the collected temperature changes, the computer sends out instructions from the I / O port to control the heater to make the temperature of the test oil rise at a certain rate. The scanning cycle, ignition time, differential detection and automatic control are implemented. When the flash fire is detected, the computer system stops data collection, displays the flash temperature and prints the record results, stops heating, turns off the flame, and starts forced air cooling.
