Brief

 

The Arrester is suitable for testing the internal defects of 10KV and below 10KV MOA (Metal Oxide Arrester).Before the annual season of thunderstorms,it 's necessary to test metal Oxide using 1mA DC voltage and 0.75U1mA leakage current at Power plants/substations.The equipment was developped according to the requirement of site, it 's integrated with DC HV supply,measurement and control system. it has the characters of small size and light weight.

 

1.Automatic control to adjust 1mA current and 0.75 times DC reference voltaget, so as to obtain a stable leakage current when 1mA and 0.75 times reference voltage.

 

2.Microcomputer control measurement, so that it is changed from complex manual to adjustment process automation, only need to press the button to the automatic measurement of zinc oxide surge arrester 1mA reference voltage and 0.75 times DC reference voltage leakage current. The whole process only need 5 seconds, it is suitable for testing a lot of  measurements.

 

3.Improved protection measures to ensure the operator's safety. High voltage output is in the process of measurement, it stops to output high voltage after finishing testing,and it can display residual voltage of arrester at both ends in real time, it gives an indication of the operating personnel, to ensure that you can remove the arresters when the voltage is “0”at both ends. It automatically stop output when over-voltager and the prompt is given.

 

4.After each measurement, it is a must to cut off power and restart the tester then start next measurement, to ensure that the operator take away the arrester when the tester is power off.

 

5.Combination of the high frequency inversion circuit and the linear voltage regulation, the volume and weight of the instrument is greatly reduced.

 

6.Liquid crystal display device with night vision backlight, it is used to measure in different light conditions.
