Summary

The water soluble acid value automatic tester is designed and manufactured according to the national standard of the people's Republic of China GB / T 7598-2008 determination method of oil-water-soluble acid of transformer in operation and relevant standards. It adopts large screen liquid crystal display and is controlled by microprocessor. It can automatically complete heating, constant temperature, oscillation, sampling, testing and other functions according to the user's setting conditions. It can measure three samples at a time, greatly shorten the user's test time, and the instrument has RS232C interface, which can communicate with the computer.

Preparation method of pH indicator

1. Bromocresol green: grind 0.1g bromocresol green with 7.5ml 0.02mol/l sodium hydroxide and dilute to 250ml with desalted water. Then adjust the pH value from 4.5 to 5.4 with 0.1 mol / L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid.

2. Bromocresol violet: dissolve 0.1g bromocresol violet in 9.25ml 0.02mol/l sodium hydroxide and dilute to 250ml with desalted water. Then adjust the pH value to 6.0 with 0.1 mol / L sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid.
