SF6 Intelligent gas purity analyzer (CMS-03) is mainly used to measure SF6 gas purity (percentage content) of SF6 and air, SF6 and N2 mixed gas, and check SF6 gas purity (percentage content) in SF6 equipment (cable, switch), and can also be used in applications with several background gases (special requirements are required). The instrument adopts the most advanced micro thermal conductivity cell detection module with temperature compensation in the world, which can quickly and accurately measure the purity of SF6. Under normal conditions, its service life can reach 10 years.

SF6 gas purity analyzer is the preferred portable instrument for testing SF6 gas leakage in power plants, substations and other places. It is suitable for the daily detection of SF6 gas purity in power plants and substations, the detection of gas replacement process during the start-up and shutdown of generators, and the precise detection of the special gas purity in metallurgy, chemical fiber and petrochemical industries.
